Please read the following hotel check-in policies carefully before confirming your accommodation booking for NSICON 2026:
Check-in / Check-out: Standard hotel check-in (14:00:00 PM) and check-out (11:00:00 AM) timings will apply as per the respective hotel policy.
Early Check-in: Early check-in is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Additional charges may apply as per hotel policy.
Late Check-out: Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Valid ID Proof: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must provide their passport and valid visa/immigration documents.
Room Allocation: Room allocation will be subject to the booking details and availability. Specific room numbers or room locations cannot be guaranteed.
Extra Occupancy: Any additional guest beyond the registered occupancy will be subject to hotel policy and applicable charges.
Incidental Charges: Guests are responsible for personal/incidental expenses such as room service, minibar, laundry, telephone, additional meals, damages, or other services not included in the conference accommodation package.
Security Deposit: The hotel may collect a refundable security deposit or request a credit/debit card authorization at check-in, as per hotel policy.
Special Requests: Requests such as twin/double beds, adjoining rooms, smoking/non-smoking rooms, etc. will be considered subject to availability.
Cancellation / No-show: There will not be any refund for Cancellation and no-show.
Damage to Property: Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.
Conference Accommodation: Accommodation is confirmed only against a valid booking/payment confirmation issued by the NSICON 2026 Organising Committee or the designated hotel.
Hotel Policy: All guests are required to comply with the rules, regulations, and policies of the respective hotel during their stay.
